How will I learn?
You’ll enroll for your qualification through our training centre (meaning you get face-to-face support from our friendly staff). You can then continue to learn from home, work, or anywhere you have an internet connection. During your learning, you’ll have regular progress reviews with your tutor at your Centre (or by phone or email), to make sure you’re on track with your learning.
To gain a Certificate in Customer Service you will need to submit, and pass, all of the tutor marked assignments. All assignments are coursework based and are in an essay/question and answer style to test your knowledge of the topics covered in each of the course sections.
How long will it take me?
Learning with us is flexible, so how long it takes to gain your qualification depends on your needs and circumstances as well as the qualifications you are working towards. On average, it takes around three to six months to gain the customer service certificate, but we’ll agree a target end date with you when you start.
