Course Overview

This instructor-led course provides students the opportunity to expand their knowledge base and technical skills to install, upgrade, and migrate to Windows 7 Client. Students can learn how to configure and administer Windows 7 client as a standalone installation or in a corporate environment as a part of a Windows Active Directory domain. The contents of the course provide students with the ability to create and deploy images, configure hardware and software, configure networking, security, mobile computing, and backup and restore system information. This course helps students prepare for the Exam 70-680, TS: Windows 7, Configuring.

On completion of this course, students will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to attempt: Exam 70-680: TS: Windows 7, Configuring When you pass Exam 70-680, you complete the requirement for the following certification:

• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Windows 7, Configuring Exam 70-680 also counts as credit toward the following Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Administrator
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7

Instructor led classroom based training for ET-80: Installing, Configuring and Administering Windows 7 Client, is assisted by our advanced lab for Microsoft courses. What Are The Entry Requirements?

• Students should have Reading Age Level (RAL) of 13.
• Prior experience with Windows Server 2000 or 2003 desired but not required.

A textbook and Lab manual will be provided.

Course Duration

The course will be held on every Saturday or Sunday and will complete in 6 to 8 weeks. Every session will last for 5 hours including 2.5 hours of theory and 1.5 hours for labs with flexible breaks. Extra time will be given to students willing to practice on lab equipment.

How Much The Course Will Cost?

The fee for this course is £675.You must be able to pay the full fee before the start of the course. However, students enrolling for more than one course may arrange payment by instalments with our finance department.
